BACKGROUND MATERIAL:
    Born to two idealistic parents in a very benevolent environment, Jefferson received a commendable education during his childhood.  Living in a peaceful isolated village, He liked to explore his family's enormous backyard.  As a child, he was not exposed to much technology and urban, but when he went exploring by his own at the age of 15, he was mesmerized with all the liveliness and activity around him.   Although it was partially against their wishes, Jefferson's parents supported his enrollment to Starfleet Academy, where he found himself happy.

    With a fairly standard service record, he is an adequate, appropriate officer.  The specific event that invoked Jeff's promotion  was after he helped raise the Power Output Efficiency to 99.991 percent, preventing a total 10-second blackout of all of Earth. 

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE:
