BACKGROUND MATERIAL
Previous records of Ensign Hagen showed a mix of excellence and failure,
but his past 3 years have been better than the rest. Hagen has experience in Ops,
Engineering, and security. He is known as a handyman by his acquaintances with
adequate skills and knowledge on practically everything he encounters. Hagen
bought an old shuttlecraft and went out to explore the galaxy by himself.
Unfortunately, his shuttle explored for a reason which he cannot remember. Hagen
survived the crash and completely recovered by 2403 when he joined the Academy. The
only thing preventing Del from going up in rank is his frequent absences from duty or his
slack-offs due to wasted time on the Holodeck.
